Consulting
I work on applied, research-driven projects at the intersection of climate science, market analysis, and policy. My work often combines climate and hydrological modeling, Earth observation, and qualitative research to help institutions make grounded decisions in coastal and mountain regions.
I can help with:
- Climate and water risk analytics: Quantitative assessment of climate, cryosphere, and water-related risks to people, infrastructure, and ecosystems. This can include scenario analysis, probabilistic modeling, and translating model output into risk indicators that are usable in planning and investment decisions.
- Earth observation and geospatial analysis: Satellite- and model-based diagnostics for conservation, coastal and mountain systems, and resource management. This includes mapping exposure and vulnerability, monitoring environmental change, and integrating EO products with local and sectoral data.
- Adaptation strategy, policy, and decision support: Turning technical findings into decision-ready options, narratives, and evidence for public agencies, funders, and NGOs. I focus on framing and communicating uncertainty, co-developing indicators, and helping teams link climate information to adaptation planning, regulation, and program design.
If you’re working on climate, water, or conservation challenges and need a bridge between models, data, and decisions, I’d be glad to explore whether I can support your project.
